A petite Antique Suffragette brooch decorated with White Pearls and crowned with a 0.25ct Green Peridot and Violet Amethyst.
Together the colours of each stone pay tribute to the women’s Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which symbolised: Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
The piece has a lovely open worked design with tangled vines fashioned in 18ct Yellow Gold. It’s a pretty little piece and would make a beautiful gift for a loved one.
